Made even brighter by snow, Bright Night 2010 glittered like a gold coat emblazed with giant silver sequins – or were those just CDs plastered to a jacket on one of the Banished Fools, a costumed band of jesters that drummed and clowned through the downtown festivities on New Year’s Eve.
