Mayor seeks public’s help solving teen’s slaying

Providence officials on Tuesday made a plea to the public to help them solve weekend homicides that claimed the lives of two people: a middle school student who was shot after answering a knock on the door of his home, and a 21-year-old woman who was driving on a local street.
