Funeral arrangements set for former RI Gov. Garrahy
Funeral arrangements have been set for former Rhode Island Gov. J. Joseph Garrahy. The 81-year-old Garrahy died on Tuesday at a hospital in West Palm Beach, Fla. Garrahy, a Democrat, served as governor from 1977 to 1985.
